Outpatient Treatment

Outpatient Treatment

Our outpatient treatment program is reserved for those who have completed our partial day or intensive outpatient treatment options, but can also work well for individuals who don't require more extensive treatment. Patients who have not participated in our other programs will need to complete an initial evaluation with an addictions counselor prior to treatment.

Advantages:

  • Personalized care and support, depending on the patient's needs
  • Morning, afternoon and evening group and individual sessions available to work with your schedule
  • Ongoing support for as long as you need it

Schedule an Evaluation to Get Started

Program Details:

Our outpatient program includes group therapy and individual sessions tailored to your individual needs. Some patients will attend a one hour individual session each week and participate in group therapy as well. Others may have bi-weekly or monthly individual sessions and participate in group therapy as needed. The schedule is flexible and is based on each patient's unique needs and situation.

Outpatient therapy has no specific end and can be extended indefinitely, depending on your support needs. Some patients choose to continue with individual sessions each month over long periods of time in order to continue benefiting from the support that comes with speaking with a trained professional.

Funding

Funding

Gearty & Skiles Counseling accepts most commercial insurance. We also participate with the PA Department of Public Welfare and accept the medical card and Health Choices. We also contract with Lancaster County Drug and Alcohol Commission to provide drug and alcohol treatment services for those that do not have any other payor type.

If you do not have any insurance, our staff will work with you, beginning at your first appointment, to help secure funding for your treatment. We are able secure funding in most cases. When that isn't possible for some reason, we will develop a sliding scale, adjusting our fees to your ability to pay.
